FAQs

1)Is the booking fee included in the application price for my wedding makeup costs?

No. That is a separate cost. Your date is not booked until that is paid. It is also non-refundable.

2) What payment methods do you accept?

I accept: Any major credit card by using Square there is a $3.00 processing fee, cash, check, PayPal and Venmo. 

3)Do you travel, and if so how much is it?

The first 25 miles are no cost to the client whatsoever. That typically covers up to an 30 minutes from my residence. Any mileage after that would be charged. The cost for travel depends on the distance, the current cost of fuel &  would be discussed before hand. 

4) What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least a 48 hour cancellation notice. 

If you have a wedding booked with me & you need to cancel please contact me to reschedule and discuss. The booking fee for wedding will be forfeited.

If you cancel twice you will have to pay a retainer to reschedule the next appointment. (This is for non wedding appointments and the retainer will come off your final total unlike a wedding booking fee)

5) What if I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts?

I highly recommend a trial before your application to make sure none of my products would irritate your skin. All products are hypoallergenic, but every skin type is different.

6) When are payments due?

For singular application appointments, payments are due before or on the day of service before the artist departs.

For weddings, the total amount for the Bride and all receiving applications will be due one day before the day of the wedding in one sum amount. (Most brides pay for their bridal party application, however if it is being split up, the amount must come from the bride before hand in one lump some payment. If card is used there is a $5.00 processing fee due to the larger amount. Other payment methods mentioned above accepted as well. Please let me know if you have any further questions)
